Ticket hall

The ticket office at Victoria Coach Station is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00, for ticket services after 20:00, please refer to the wall booths located opposite gate 0.

The TfL ticket office sells tickets on behalf of coach operators and only accepts GBP payments. Oxford Tube and Green Line tickets are also available for purchasing, please refer to coach operators for the location.

National Express Senior, Young Persons and Disabled Coachcards are available for purchasing at the Ticket Office. Please bring the necessary documentation, such as a Freedom Pass or Student ID, for verification during the purchase.

We also top up and sell Oyster cards which can be used on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, Elizabeth line, IFS Cloud Cable Car, River Bus services and most National Rail services within London. Oyster card refunds cannot be processed at the Coach Station.

Further information about your coach operators can be found at Victoria Coach Station. Flixbus representatives are available between gates 15 to 20. For National Express enquiries, the information desk is located next to the Ticket Office and the Megabus office is opposite gate 15.

Time to departure

• If you're buying a ticket at the station, allow at least one hour before your coach is scheduled to depart
• If you're travelling on an overnight service, arrive 20 minutes before your coach is scheduled to depart
