Find a route near you

Follow the featured routes and route finders on this page, or make up your own route for a leisurely Sunday cycle.

You might find your local park to cycle around, or head to your favourite café and back - whatever gets you started. (It's worth checking which parts of your local park are okay to cycle in before setting off.)

Our featured routes are listed by borough - each one has a link to a map on Strava.

It's free to use the maps on Strava. To access its navigation features you may need to sign up for an account and download the Strava app.

All our routes have maps on the TfL Cycle Sundays Club on Strava. Join the club for free to get inspiration and motivation from other community members, plus keep up to date on all the routes for Cycle Sundays.

Strava gathers, aggregates and anonymises data from Strava users. We can then use this information - provided via the Strava Metro platform - to help plan future cycling infrastructure.
