You asked
For the 2024 calendar year please can you provide me with copies of pest control reports where pest controllers have been called to deal with infestations of any type of pest at your institution? Please note that I do not require documentation associated with routine pest control visits but just those where the visit is either as a consequence of an infestation being uncovered or a routine visit where an infestation is uncovered. Where there are reports please attach them, or a summary of them, to the response rather than including the response in the body of the e-mail reply.

Thank you for your request which we received on 6 January 2025, asking for copies of pest control reports at the London Transport Museum for 2024.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. 

 

Please find the requested reports attached. 

 

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by Regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of the legislation, which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 which would make the processing ‘fair’.
